Your goal is to guide Bubsy through a series of themed storybook levels, collecting yarn balls and avoiding or defeating enemies. You run and jump across platforms, using Bubsy's signature pounce attack to defeat foes. Timing is key, as you must judge jumps carefully to avoid falling into pits or colliding with hazards. In the early stages, focus on learning the level layouts and enemy patterns. As you progress, the challenge increases with more complex platforming and faster enemies. During tense moments, such as boss fights or sections with limited space, prioritize evasion and strike when you have a clear opening. A useful strategy is to always be on the move and use Bubsy's high jump to your advantage.
