In Crime City, you control a vigilante fighting to clean up the streets from criminal gangs. The game is a side-scrolling beat 'em up where you move from left to right through various urban environments. Your primary actions are punching and kicking enemies, with special attacks available by combining directional inputs with attack buttons. You'll encounter different types of thugs and bosses throughout the levels, each requiring specific strategies to defeat.
