Samurai Shodown! 2 is a 2D fighting game where you select a warrior and engage in one-on-one battles. Your objective is to deplete your opponent's life bar before they deplete yours. The core gameplay revolves around using a combination of normal attacks, special moves, and a unique Rage Gauge. As you take damage, your Rage Gauge fills, allowing you to perform more powerful attacks. A key mechanic is the ability to disarm your opponent, leaving them vulnerable.
