Each dimension features its own Spider-Man: Amazing Spider-Man uses classic web-swinging and combat, Noir Spider-Man relies on stealth takedowns from the shadows, 2099 Spider-Man has accelerated combat and free-fall sequences, and Ultimate Spider-Man wields the black symbiote suit for powerful attacks. The core loop involves navigating linear levels, beating up thugs with combo-based melee combat, web-shooting distant enemies, and avoiding attacks. Boss battles require you to learn patterns and exploit weaknesses. For beginners, focus on mastering the dodge mechanic to avoid damage and build combos. Use each Spider-Man's special ability when the meter fills for crowd control or extra damage. In the early game, learn the basic attack strings. Mid-game, experiment with aerial combos and environmental takedowns. During tense moments, prioritize dodging and using your specials to survive.
