The objective of Super Mario Kart is to win races against seven other characters on a variety of tracks. You control your kart using the D-pad to steer and accelerate. In the early part of a race, focus on learning the track layout and collecting items. During the middle laps, use your items strategically to overtake opponents or block their attacks. In tense final moments, a well-timed mushroom boost or a red shell can secure your victory. Mastering the drift is key to maintaining high speeds on corners.
