A good beginner strategy is to mix up your shots between the different goal areas to keep your opponent guessing. Focus on quick reflexes for catching and a strong defense to avoid giving up easy points. The game's rhythm is fast, with matches consisting of two 30-second periods. In tense moments, a well-timed super shot can turn the tide of the match.
