How to play
Your main goal is to become the Pokémon League Champion by defeating eight Gym Leaders and the Elite Four. You start by choosing a starter Pokémon—Turtwig, Chimchar, or Piplup—and then explore the Sinnoh region, capturing wild Pokémon in tall grass using Poké Balls. Each Pokémon has types, strengths, and weaknesses, so building a balanced team is key. Battles are turn-based: you select moves to attack, defend, or use status effects against opponents. Pay attention to type matchups, like using Water moves against Fire types, to gain an advantage. Early on, focus on leveling up your team and evolving your Pokémon. As you progress, you'll also need to solve puzzles, use Hidden Moves (HMs) to navigate obstacles, and thwart the plans of Team Galactic. In tense battles, manage your Pokémon's health and status conditions with items, and switch Pokémon strategically to avoid fainting.
