Your objective is to defeat your opponent in the ring by reducing their health bar to zero and pinning them for a three-count. The game is played from a side-view perspective, and you control your wrestler's movement and attacks. Use the D-pad to move around the ring and approach your opponent. Basic attacks are performed with the action buttons, including punches, kicks, and grapples. To perform a grapple, get close to your opponent and press the grapple button; once locked up, you can execute a variety of throws or slams by pressing a direction along with an attack button. Early on, focus on learning the timing of your basic moves and avoiding your opponent's attacks. As the match progresses, you can build momentum by landing successive hits and performing powerful special moves, which are typically executed with specific button combinations. In tense moments, when your opponent's health is low, look for an opportunity to perform a finishing move or a pin attempt to secure the victory. Be mindful of your own health bar and try to reverse your opponent's grapples by pressing the appropriate button at the right moment.
