Focus initially on increasing infectivity to spread quickly between countries through air, sea, and land travel. As countries develop cures, you'll need to invest in symptoms to increase lethality and slow down research efforts. The challenge is to balance your evolution: spreading too aggressively early on may trigger rapid cure development, while being too slow gives humanity time to create a vaccine. In tense moments when a cure is nearly complete, prioritize debilitating symptoms to reduce research efficiency and buy time for your final global takeover.
