Players take turns rolling dice to move around a virtual board, purchasing properties they land on to build a real estate empire. The core objective is to bankrupt all opponents by charging rent when they land on your owned spaces. Each turn involves rolling the dice, deciding whether to buy unowned properties, paying rent to other players, and drawing chance cards that can provide unexpected windfalls or setbacks. A useful beginner strategy is to focus on acquiring a complete color set of properties early, as this allows you to build houses and hotels, dramatically increasing the rent you can charge. In the early game, prioritize landing on and purchasing cheaper properties to establish a foothold. During the mid-game, focus on completing property sets and starting construction. In tense moments when cash is low, you may need to mortgage properties to avoid bankruptcy, but be sure to pay off the mortgages quickly to resume earning income.
