In Tag Team Match: MUSCLE, your objective is to defeat the opposing tag team by pinning them for a three-count or forcing them to submit. You control one wrestler at a time while your partner waits in the corner; you can tag them in by moving close to your corner. Moment-to-moment play involves moving around the ring, grappling with your opponent by getting close and pressing the attack button, and then executing moves like slams, dropkicks, or submissions. A key beginner strategy is to weaken one opponent significantly before going for a pin, as a healthy wrestler can easily kick out. Early in a match, focus on landing basic strikes and grapples to build momentum. In the middle phase, try to isolate one opponent from their partner and drain their health bar. During tense moments near the end of a match, manage your own wrestler's stamina carefully and time your tags to bring in a fresh partner when your current wrestler is in danger. The challenge rhythm involves alternating between offensive bursts and defensive recoveries near your corner.
