Die Hard Trilogy 2 offers three distinct gameplay experiences. In the third-person action mode, you control John McClane through Las Vegas environments, using firearms and melee attacks to defeat terrorists while navigating complex levels. The driving mode puts you behind the wheel in high-speed chases through Vegas streets, requiring precise steering to avoid obstacles and take down enemy vehicles. The light gun shooter mode uses the PlayStation controller to aim and shoot at on-screen enemies in arcade-style sequences. Your primary objective across all modes is to complete missions by eliminating threats and surviving enemy attacks. Early in each level, focus on learning the controls and enemy patterns. As you progress, conserve ammunition and health pickups for tougher encounters. During intense moments, use cover strategically and prioritize high-value targets to survive chaotic firefights.
