Como jogar
In Mario Kart 64, the goal is to win races against computer-controlled or human opponents across a variety of tracks. You control a kart using the Nintendo 64 controller, accelerating with the A button and steering with the control stick. Use the B button to drift around sharp corners, which builds up a temporary speed boost when done correctly. Collect item boxes to obtain power-ups like shells, bananas, and lightning bolts, which can be used to attack rivals or defend yourself. Each character has different handling and speed stats, so choose one that fits your driving style. Beginners should focus on learning the track layouts and mastering the drift mechanic to maintain speed. In tense moments, such as the final lap, use defensive items to protect your position and offensive items to overtake opponents. The game also features battle modes where the objective is to pop other players' balloons using items in an arena.
