In R.C. Pro-Am, your goal is to race against three computer-controlled opponents on a variety of tracks, finishing in the top three to advance. You control an RC car from a top-down perspective, using the D-pad to steer and accelerate. The tracks are filled with obstacles like puddles, oil slicks, and pop-up barriers that can slow you down or cause you to spin out. You can collect power-ups such as missiles to attack rivals, turbo boosts for a speed burst, and tires to upgrade your car's handling. Early on, focus on learning the track layout and collecting as many power-ups as possible to build an advantage. In the middle of the race, use missiles strategically to take out leading opponents and maintain your position. During tense final laps, avoid hazards and use turbo boosts on straightaways to secure a podium finish.
