The objective of Hong Kong Mahjong is to build a complete hand of tiles, typically consisting of four sets (which can be three-of-a-kind Pungs, four-of-a-kind Kongs, or sequences of three consecutive tiles in the same suit Chows) and one pair. Players take turns drawing a tile from the wall and then discarding one from their hand. You can claim a discarded tile from another player to complete a Pung, Kong, or Chow, but only under specific rules. The ultimate goal is to be the first to declare 'Mahjong' by forming a valid winning hand according to Hong Kong scoring rules, which often involve specific point patterns.
