The moment-to-moment play involves using a combination of light and heavy attacks, along with character-specific special moves, to deplete your opponent's health bar. A useful beginner strategy is to learn a few basic combos and one reliable special move to control space. The challenge rhythm is fast-paced, with matches requiring quick reactions to enemy attacks and openings. In the early moments of a match, focus on understanding your opponent's patterns and building your super meter by landing attacks. During the middle of the fight, use your super moves for significant damage when you have an opening. In tense moments, such as when both players have low health, careful blocking and punishing whiffed attacks become crucial for securing victory.
