Your primary goal is to guide the hero through his life story, from a young boy traveling with his father to an adult building a family and saving the world. Gameplay involves exploring towns and dungeons, engaging in turn-based combat with visible enemies on the map, and recruiting defeated monsters to join your party. In the early game, focus on building a balanced party by recruiting useful monsters like Slimes or Healslimes, and talk to every NPC to advance the story. As you progress, manage your party's equipment and spells carefully, and use the wagon to swap active members since only the protagonist is permanent. During tense boss fights, prioritize healing and buffs, and exploit enemy weaknesses with magic or special abilities from your monster allies.
