You control Mega Man Volnutt from a third-person perspective, exploring the open world of Kattelox Island. Your primary objective is to explore ruins, defeat robotic enemies known as Reaverbots, and collect Refractors to power your airship. The moment-to-moment gameplay involves navigating environments, solving simple puzzles, and engaging in combat using your arm cannon. A useful beginner strategy is to frequently return to the Flutter, your home base, to repair your equipment and save your progress. The challenge rhythm involves delving into dungeons, battling bosses to obtain new special weapons, and managing your limited inventory of healing items. In the early game, focus on familiarizing yourself with the controls and exploring the town to take on side jobs for Zenny, the in-game currency. During tense moments in boss fights, learn their attack patterns and use your dodge roll effectively to avoid damage while counter-attacking with your most powerful equipped weapon.
