The objective is to become the wealthiest player by buying, renting, and trading properties while avoiding bankruptcy. Players take turns rolling dice to move around the board, purchasing unowned properties they land on. When opponents land on your properties, they pay rent based on the property's value and any houses or hotels built. The core gameplay involves strategic decision-making about which properties to buy, when to build improvements, and how to negotiate trades with other players. In the early game, focus on acquiring complete color groups to establish a rental income base. As the game progresses, carefully manage your cash to avoid being forced into unfavorable mortgage situations while building houses to increase rental income. During tense moments when landing on opponents' developed properties, having cash reserves and strategic Get Out of Jail Free cards can be crucial for survival. The game ends when all but one player has gone bankrupt.
