Nectaris: Military Madness is a turn-based strategy game where your objective is to capture all enemy bases or eliminate all enemy units on a hexagonal grid map. After moving, you can attack enemy units within range; successful attacks reduce the enemy's health, and destroying a unit removes it from the map. The core gameplay loop involves capturing neutral bases to increase your production of units and funds each turn, creating a strategic advantage. As a beginner, focus on securing nearby bases quickly to build a strong economy, protect your artillery units which have long-range attacks but are vulnerable up close, and use infantry to capture bases efficiently. In the mid-game, concentrate on flanking maneuvers and combining attacks from multiple units to overwhelm stronger enemies. During tense moments, carefully manage your unit placement to avoid being surrounded and prioritize eliminating threats to your key production bases.
