Monitor the 'Oil Addiction' meter and keep prices stable to keep the public happy. If discontent rises or resources run dry, invest in green technology to transition or face retirement. Use your mouse to navigate the global map, construct rigs, manage political donations, and trigger covert operations. Balance aggressive expansion with political manipulation to delay the inevitable peak oil crisis.
