In Shinobi Legions, you control a modern-day ninja on a mission to defeat evil forces. The core objective is to advance through each side-scrolling stage, defeating all enemies and avoiding hazards. You primarily use a sword for close combat and shurikens for ranged attacks. A key mechanic is the ability to perform special ninjutsu magic attacks by collecting scrolls, which can clear the screen of enemies or inflict massive damage on bosses. Each level culminates in a challenging boss fight that requires pattern recognition and quick reflexes. As a beginner, focus on mastering the timing of your sword slashes and learning enemy attack patterns. Conserve shurikens for distant foes and use ninjutsu strategically during crowded encounters. In tense moments, such as boss battles, prioritize dodging over attacking and strike during openings. The game rewards precision and agility, so practice moving fluidly and reacting to threats from all directions.
