How to play
Dragon Warrior I & II is a turn-based RPG where you explore a fantasy world, fight monsters, and complete quests. In the first game, you control the Hero as you gather allies and items to defeat the Dragonlord. The second game expands the party system, allowing you to control multiple characters with unique abilities. Combat is menu-based; you select Attack, Spell, Item, or Flee for each character during enemy encounters. Exploration involves navigating towns and dungeons, talking to NPCs for clues, and managing your party's health and magic points. Early on, focus on grinding against weaker enemies to level up and purchase better equipment. As you progress, carefully manage your resources during longer dungeon crawls, and save your game at churches or using the Quick Save feature.
