How to play
Your objective in Raiden DX is to pilot the Raiden fighter through waves of enemy craft and massive bosses, destroying everything in your path to achieve a high score. The core gameplay involves precise dodging of enemy fire while strategically collecting colored power-up icons to enhance your ship's main Vulcan laser or Plasma beam, as well as your secondary missiles or bombs. A key beginner strategy is to focus on collecting the red power-up to maximize the spread and power of your main weapon, making it easier to clear screens of smaller enemies. The challenge rhythm is relentless, with each stage introducing faster and more complex enemy patterns, culminating in a tense boss fight at the end. In the early stages, focus on learning enemy spawn points and mastering the charge shot for your secondary weapon. During the middle of a run, prioritize survival by memorizing boss attack patterns and managing your limited supply of screen-clearing bombs for emergencies.
