How to play
Your goal is to survive the horrors of the Spencer Mansion and uncover its dark secrets. You control either Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine, each with unique abilities and story paths. Explore rooms to find keys, solve environmental puzzles, and collect weapons and healing items. Combat involves aiming and shooting at zombies, dogs, and larger monsters, but ammo is scarce, so avoid unnecessary fights. Save your progress using ink ribbons at typewriters, which are also limited. Pay close attention to your inventory space and item management. In tense moments, conserve health items and powerful weapons for boss fights. Focus on mapping out safe routes and backtracking efficiently as you unlock new areas.
