How to play
In Yoshi's Egg, you control Yoshi at the bottom of the screen as various eggs and enemies fall from above. Your primary goal is to catch the falling eggs with Yoshi's tongue and stack them vertically to form complete rows. When you create a solid row of eggs from one side of the screen to the other, that row will disappear, and you'll earn points. Be careful to avoid catching the enemy characters like Shy Guys and Piranha Plants, as they will cause you to lose a life if they reach the bottom. The game progressively increases in speed, requiring quicker reflexes and strategic egg placement to prevent the stack from reaching the top. Focus on creating multiple row clears at once for higher scores and try to maintain a relatively even stack height across the playing field to avoid creating dangerous gaps that are hard to fill.
