Your primary goal is to lead your team to victory in various tournaments and story matches. Gameplay alternates between menu-driven team management on a world map and side-view soccer matches. During matches, you control one player at a time, passing and dribbling to advance the ball. When near an opponent, you engage in one-on-one confrontations where you must quickly select the correct action (dash, tackle, or special move) to win possession. Shooting on goal triggers a similar timing-based mini-game against the goalkeeper. In the early game, focus on simple passes and building your team's experience points to level up stats. As you progress, learn each character's unique super shots, which are essential for scoring against stronger opponents. During tense moments, conserve your special move energy for critical attacks and defensive stops. The key to success is balancing aggressive offense with strategic player positioning and timely substitutions.
