Comment jouer
Your primary goal is to explore the castle and defeat Dracula. You control two characters, Jonathan and Charlotte, and can switch between them on the fly. Jonathan excels at close-range combat with his Vampire Killer whip and sub-weapons, while Charlotte uses long-range magic spells. You'll traverse side-scrolling stages, battling monsters, collecting hearts to use sub-weapons, and gaining experience to level up. A key strategy is mastering the dual-character system; use Jonathan for tough melee fights and Charlotte to attack from a safe distance or to analyze enemy weaknesses. In the early game, focus on learning the attack patterns of basic enemies and unlocking new areas by finding portrait paintings. As you progress, you'll acquire new abilities and partner attacks that are essential for overcoming tougher bosses. During tense moments, manage your health and magic carefully, and use the partner system to revive a fallen character.
