Battletoads & Double Dragon is a side-scrolling beat 'em up where you choose one of five characters to fight through levels filled with enemies. During tense moments, especially against bosses, watch for attack tells and use your special move strategically when overwhelmed. The game also includes brief vehicle-based shooting sections that break up the standard combat. The key to success is mastering the rhythm of attack and dodge, conserving health for boss fights, and utilizing cooperative play if available.
