The objective is to defeat your opponent in one-on-one combat using a variety of sword-based attacks and special moves. Each round, you must deplete your opponent's life bar before they deplete yours. The game features two distinct fighting styles: Power and Speed. The Power style offers stronger, slower attacks and the ability to knock down opponents, while the Speed style provides faster, more agile moves and a multi-hit combo system. A key mechanic is the parry system, which allows you to deflect incoming attacks by pressing forward or backward at the right moment, creating an opening for a counter-attack. Beginners should focus on mastering a few basic combos and learning the timing for parries. During a match, manage your distance and look for opportunities to use your character's unique special moves or super moves, which are executed with specific joystick and button combinations. The tension rises as life bars get low, so staying calm and capitalizing on a successful parry can turn the tide of a close match.
