The primary goal in Mario Party 3 is to collect more Stars than your opponents by navigating a virtual board. On your turn, you roll a die to move spaces, which can grant you coins, trigger events, or lead you to a space where you can purchase a Star from Toad. Coins are essential for buying Stars and items that can help you or hinder others. After each round of turns, all players compete in a minigame, which awards coins to the winner(s).
