In Pokémon Blue, your main goal is to become the Pokémon League Champion by defeating the eight Gym Leaders and the Elite Four. You start by choosing one of three starter Pokémon—Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle—and then explore the Kanto region, capturing wild Pokémon using Poké Balls and training them through turn-based battles. Each Pokémon has unique types, moves, and stats, so building a balanced team is key. Early on, focus on leveling up your starter and catching versatile Pokémon like Pidgey or Caterpie to cover type weaknesses. As you progress, you'll need to solve puzzles, use Hidden Machines (HMs) to overcome obstacles, and manage your party's health and items. During tense battles, pay attention to type matchups—for example, Water moves are strong against Fire types—and use status-altering moves to gain an advantage. The game's challenge comes from strategic team-building and resource management as you prepare for major boss fights.
