How to play
Your goal is to explore the many courses hidden within Princess Peach's castle by jumping into magical paintings. You control Mario in a fully 3D environment, using his signature jumps, punches, and kicks to defeat enemies and navigate obstacles. The core objective is to collect Power Stars, which are earned by completing specific challenges in each course, such as defeating a boss, winning a race, or solving a puzzle. A useful beginner strategy is to first focus on collecting the stars in the easier, early courses to build up your star count, which unlocks new areas of the castle. In the middle of the game, you'll need to master more complex moves like the long jump and wall jump to access hidden areas. During tense moments, such as boss fights, focus on observing attack patterns and timing your jumps to strike the enemy when they are vulnerable.
