The touch screen is used to manage your portfolio, trade properties, and handle transactions. A key early strategy is to acquire complete color sets to build houses and hotels, which significantly increases rent. Focus on developing properties strategically rather than buying every space you land on. In tense moments, such as when low on cash, consider mortgaging properties or making strategic trades to avoid losing the game. The game includes various modes and rule variations to keep gameplay fresh.
