In Spider-Man 3: Invasion of the Spider-Slayers, you control Spider-Man through side-scrolling levels filled with enemies and obstacles. Your main goal is to defeat robotic Spider-Slayers and their minions using a combination of web attacks, punches, and kicks. You can swing from ceilings with your web to navigate gaps and avoid hazards. Each level culminates in a boss fight against a unique Spider-Slayer model that requires pattern recognition and quick reflexes to defeat. As you progress, collect health pickups to restore your vitality and try to avoid taking unnecessary damage from enemy attacks. Focus on learning enemy movement patterns early on, and use your web-swinging ability to maintain high ground and control the pace of combat. In tense moments, keep moving to avoid being cornered, and strike when you see an opening in the boss's attack cycle.
