Total Carnage is a fast-paced top-down shooter where your goal is to survive relentless enemy assaults and defeat the final boss. You control a lone soldier armed with a machine gun, moving in eight directions across destructible environments. Your primary objective is to eliminate all enemies in each area while collecting power-ups to upgrade your firepower, such as spread shots and flamethrowers.
