Health pickups and extra lives are crucial for enduring the constant barrage of fire from soldiers, tanks, and other hazards. The game is known for its high difficulty and screen-filling chaos, requiring quick reflexes and strategic movement to avoid getting overwhelmed. In the early stages, focus on learning enemy patterns and conserving health. As you progress, prioritize destroying enemy spawn points and utilizing super weapons found in crates to clear crowded screens. During tense moments, constantly strafe and use the environment for cover, as standing still often leads to quick defeat.
