How to play
In World Infect Panic, your objective is to evolve and spread a deadly pathogen across the globe until no human remains. You start by naming your disease and selecting a country for patient zero. The game plays out on a world map where you must strategically invest evolution points to enhance your virus's abilities. Focus initially on increasing infectivity to spread quickly between countries through air, sea, and land travel. As countries develop cures, you'll need to invest in symptoms to increase lethality and slow down research efforts. The challenge is to balance your evolution: spreading too aggressively early on may trigger rapid cure development, while being too slow gives humanity time to create a vaccine. In tense moments when a cure is nearly complete, prioritize debilitating symptoms to reduce research efficiency and buy time for your final global takeover.
