The core gameplay involves precise movement to dodge enemy bullets and strategically collecting colored power-up icons to upgrade your main weapon and secondary missiles. You begin with a weak vulcan cannon, but collecting red 'M' icons increases your firepower, while blue 'L' icons switch you to a powerful laser and green icons upgrade your homing or spread missiles. A smart beginner strategy is to focus on surviving the early stages to build a strong weapon set, as losing a life resets your firepower. The challenge rhythm is intense, with screen-filling bullet patterns from mid-bosses and end-level bosses requiring memorization of attack sequences. In tense moments, use your screen-clearing smart bomb wisely to escape tight situations. Focus on learning enemy spawn points and prioritizing threats, as later stages demand quick reflexes and efficient pathing to conserve bombs for the toughest encounters.
