You control one of the Bronze Saints, such as Pegasus Seiya, moving through side-scrolling stages. Your primary objective is to defeat all enemies in your path using a combination of standard attacks and special Cosmo-powered techniques. Each character has a life bar and a Cosmo energy bar; managing your Cosmo is crucial as it fuels your powerful special moves which are essential against tougher enemies and bosses. The core gameplay loop involves navigating platforms, defeating waves of minor foes to build your Cosmo meter, and then unleashing your signature attacks during boss encounters. In the early stages, focus on learning your character's move set and conserving health by avoiding enemy attacks. As you progress, the challenge increases with more aggressive enemies and complex stage layouts, requiring precise timing and strategic use of your special moves to survive. During tense moments, such as boss fights, carefully dodge their patterns and wait for openings to strike with your most damaging abilities.
