The core objective is to navigate 3D maze-like stages, defeat all enemies, and find the exit. You control Bomberman and can place bombs to destroy obstacles and enemies. The unique addition is Pommy, a companion who can be fed bombs to evolve into different forms with special abilities like flying or creating ice bombs, which are essential for solving puzzles and accessing new areas. Focus on exploring each level thoroughly to collect power-ups that increase your bomb blast radius and the number of bombs you can place simultaneously. The challenge rhythm involves clearing enemy waves, solving environmental puzzles using bombs and Pommy's abilities, and defeating a boss at the end of each world.
