In Chopper Attack, you pilot a military helicopter through diverse missions ranging from search and destroy to rescue operations. Your primary objective is to eliminate enemy targets including tanks, boats, aircraft, and installations while avoiding anti-aircraft fire and missiles. The game uses the Nintendo 64 controller's analog stick for precise helicopter movement and targeting. You'll need to master hovering, strafing, and evasive maneuvers while managing your limited ammunition and health. Early missions focus on basic target elimination, teaching you to prioritize threats and use terrain for cover. As you progress, missions become more complex with time limits, escort duties, and boss battles against heavily armed enemy helicopters or fortresses. The challenge rhythm involves brief moments of reconnaissance followed by intense combat sequences where quick targeting and positioning are crucial for survival. During tense moments, focus on maintaining distance from ground threats while systematically eliminating the most dangerous targets first.
