Your primary goal is to guide Ark through a series of dungeons and overworld areas, defeating enemies and bosses to restore life to the planet. Moment-to-moment play involves exploring environments, engaging in fast-paced combat using a thrust attack and magic, and solving environmental puzzles. As a beginner, focus on mastering the dodge-roll to avoid damage and learning enemy attack patterns. In the early game, prioritize finding healing items and upgrading your weapon at towns. The challenge rhythm involves clearing dungeons, defeating guardians, and witnessing the world evolve. During tense moments, such as boss fights, keep moving, watch for tells, and use magic when you create an opening. The middle game introduces more complex puzzles and larger enemy groups, requiring strategic use of your growing arsenal.
