The day-night cycle affects enemy strength and availability of certain NPCs, so plan your exploration accordingly. In the early game, focus on visiting towns to gather information and essential items like the Oak Stake and Laurel. During tense moments, use your sub-weapons wisely and retreat to safe areas if overwhelmed. The final confrontation requires all key items to be collected, so thorough exploration is essential.
