Your goal is to guide Mario through 12 levels across four worlds, defeating enemies and avoiding obstacles to rescue Princess Daisy. You run and jump across platforms, stomp on enemies like Goombas and Bombshell Koopas, and collect coins and power-ups such as the Super Flower for projectile attacks. Each level contains hidden areas and multiple paths, encouraging exploration. The game features unique vehicles like the submarine and airplane in certain stages, changing the gameplay dynamics.
