Cách chơi
The objective is to guide Mario or Luigi through side-scrolling levels, defeating enemies, collecting coins and power-ups, and reaching the goal to rescue Princess Toadstool. Moment-to-moment play involves running and jumping across platforms, avoiding or stomping on foes like Goombas and Koopas. Useful power-ups include the Super Mushroom to grow larger, the Fire Flower to shoot fireballs, and the Super Star for temporary invincibility. A key beginner strategy is to take your time to learn enemy patterns and scout for hidden blocks containing power-ups or 1-Up mushrooms. The challenge rhythm involves navigating increasingly difficult platforming sections and boss battles at the end of each world. In the early game, focus on building a stock of extra lives. During tense moments, such as narrow jumps or enemy swarms, prioritize safe positioning over risky coin collection.
